Faucet, Toilet & Fixture Replacement in Innisfil, ON

We replace faucets, toilets, shower heads, sink drains and hose bibs on the connections that are already there, and we install grab bars anchored into the framing. For homeowners who want the dripping tap gone without a plumber's call-out, and residents who want a bathroom they can use without a hand on the towel bar. You get fixtures that work and a plain line between what we do and what a licensed plumber does.

What the Job Involves

Faucets swapped on the existing supply lines, with new braided lines and shutoffs when the old ones are seized. Toilets replaced on the existing flange or rebuilt inside the tank. Shower heads, tub spouts, sink drains and P-traps changed. Dishwasher and fridge lines connected to an existing valve. Grab bars screwed into the studs or a rated backing plate, never into toggle anchors: beside the tub, in the shower, next to the toilet, at the top of the stairs. One visit, parts from the truck or the ones you bought.

Where Our Work Stops

Plumber is a compulsory trade in Ontario, and we are not plumbers. We do not move or add supply lines, change drain piping, install water heaters or touch gas. Adding a bathroom on a septic lot is a permit, a plumber and a septic analysis. When a job crosses that line we give you the name of a licensed plumber who works Innisfil, or we book them and finish the trim after they leave.

What Affects the Price

The number of fixtures, whether the shutoffs are seized, and whether we supply the fixture. Grab bars are priced per bar installed, with a stainless bar included if you want us to supply it. Swaps are grouped into a repair visit when there is a list, and priced inside a bathroom renovation when the whole room is changing.

Fixture & Grab Bar FAQs

  • Can you install the faucet we bought?

Yes. If a part is missing or it does not fit the sink's hole pattern, we tell you before we start, and we carry the common adapters.

  • Is a grab bar strong enough on a tiled wall?

Yes, screwed through the tile into a stud or a backing plate. A bar on anchors alone pulls out the first time someone falls against it.

  • Our toilet rocks and the floor is soft. Can you fix it?

We reset and shim it if the flange is sound. A soft floor means the seal has leaked and the subfloor comes first. We look and price both.

  • Will you connect our new dishwasher?

Yes, to an existing valve, drain and outlet. If there is no valve or it needs a hard-wired circuit, the plumber and electrician come first.
