Small Home Renovations in Innisfil, ON
We run small renovation projects from the first measurement to the last coat of paint: a mudroom off the garage, a main-floor laundry, a wall opened between two rooms, a porch closed in for three seasons. For projects too big for a Saturday and too small for a renovation company to call back.
What the Job Involves
We measure, draw what the Town needs to see, price it and file the permit when the job needs one. Then demolition, framing, the electrician's and plumber's rough-ins, insulation, drywall, flooring, trim, cabinets or built-ins, fixtures and paint. We do the carpentry, drywall, tile and finishing.
Permits
Structural changes, new fixtures and new rooms need a building permit through Cloudpermit, and on a septic lot a septic analysis when fixtures or bedrooms are added.
What Affects the Price
Scope, whether walls move, how much the trades have to do, the finishes, and the permit costs. A mudroom with no plumbing is a week; a laundry moved upstairs is longer. Each part is on its own line, and we tell you which parts could wait without redoing anything. A bathroom or a basement has its own page when that is the whole project.
