TV Mounting & Shelving in Innisfil, ON
We mount TVs into the studs, hang floating shelves and mirrors that stay level, build closet systems, and work through the move-in list that comes with a new house or a Friday Harbour unit. For the family that closed last month and has a TV on the floor, and the condo owner who wants it done in one visit without a hole in the wrong place. You get a TV that stays on the wall and the shelf at the height you asked for.
What the Job Involves
TVs on fixed, tilting or full-motion brackets sized to the TV, anchored into two studs or a plate across them, never into drywall anchors alone. Soundbars and media shelves under it. Floating shelves, mirrors and art on proper hangers, curtain rods, closet rods and shelving, garage shelving and bike hooks, baby gates, furniture anchored so it cannot tip, flat-pack furniture assembled. Send photos of each wall first so we arrive with the right brackets.
Cables, Outlets and the Electrician
Cables can run inside the wall between the TV and the shelf below with a low-voltage kit, and we do that. Power cannot. Adding an outlet behind the TV is electrical work, which in Ontario belongs to a Licensed Electrical Contractor. We mount on the outlet that is there, or we book an electrician for the same week.
What Affects the Price
The number of items, the TV size and mount type, the wall (drywall is quick, a stone fireplace or a concrete condo wall takes longer), and whether we supply the bracket. A long move-in list is priced as a single repair visit, and built-in shelving is finish carpentry.
